Product codes and quantities as JSON
WarehouseAI has its own code, data, identity, twin and Brain, and shares none of them with any other product. Every connection is a published, authenticated contract that each tenant turns on with its own credentials.
WarehouseAI submits transport orders with the actual packed packages and their measurements. The provider owns routes and drivers. WarehouseAI turns the provider’s assignments into load plans and custody evidence.
LogisAI never reserves warehouse stock, and WarehouseAI never schedules drivers. Each tenant connects its own LogisAI account, and no credentials or data cross between tenants.
LogisAI is the last-mile delivery platform from the same family of products: routes, dispatch, drivers and delivery outcomes. See logisai.com.
No orchestrator sits in the middle. Each system acts on what the others publish.

Warehouse operators on WarehouseAI bill the merchants, brands and shippers that store and ship with them through BillAI. Each operator connects its own BillAI seller account. WarehouseAI measures every client’s verified activity, and BillAI applies that client’s prices, minimums and contract terms, then issues the invoice.
BillAI is the billing platform from the same family of products. See joinbillai.com.
Link your own BillAI seller account. Its credentials and client mappings stay scoped to your business.
Link each client’s goods owner and payer, and the service codes in their agreement.
WarehouseAI records verified storage, handling, picks, labels, packing, dispatch, returns and value-added services per client.
BillAI applies that client’s rates, free time, bundles and monthly minimums, then issues the invoice.
Usage, invoice lines and payments are matched at every step, and anything that does not match is flagged for review.
WarehouseAI bills you for the platform from its own BillAI account. You bill your clients from yours. Neither account is ever inferred from who owns a package, and the goods owner and the payer can be different businesses.
WarehouseAI measures but never sets a price. Free time, rounding, bundles, rates and monthly minimums are configured in BillAI. Usage keeps a stable identity through retries, corrections reference the record they correct, and finished invoices continue to AccountsAI if you use it.
Any charge traces back to the package or container, interval, task, actor and proof behind it. A missing, duplicated or mismatched charge opens a case with the supporting documents attached.
With the AccountsAI connector, warehouse activity reaches the books as governed accounting records, and every amount can be traced back to its warehouse evidence.
Clients, merchants and manufacturers talk to WarehouseAI through their own systems or authorised agents. WarehouseAI validates everything at the API boundary.
WarehouseAI orchestrates at mission and task level: what to move, pick, pack or load, and what evidence proves it. Adapters translate that into each vendor’s protocol, and each one is certified against an emulator before it touches a real site.
The cloud never sends motion commands.
Partners build adapters, connectors and add-ons with the SDK in isolated sandboxes. A site edge gateway keeps already-delegated work running through a cloud outage of at least four hours, then reconciles everything on reconnection.
Design partners get the first operating profiles built and tested against their own floor, SKUs and order history. You start with directed manual work and climb from there.
