This notice covers the WarehouseAI website and the applications and messages you send through it. It does not describe how the WarehouseAI platform processes operational data. That is governed by each customer agreement.
Information you give us
When you apply to be a design partner or send us a message, we receive the contact, company and operational details you enter, such as your name, work email, role, facility size and equipment.
How we use it
We use it to reply to you, to assess whether a design partnership could fit your operation, to run the website and to protect it from abuse. We do not sell it.
Service providers
Hosting, email and security providers may process this information on our behalf to operate the website and respond to you.
Analytics
The website can report interactions, such as which step of a demo was opened, to an analytics tool. It never sends the free-text answers you type into forms.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to our legal obligations.
